By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Both you and MIC submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Victoria.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that part shall be severed and the rest of the Terms & Conditions shall remain in force.
